Our properties are single-family vacation homes in both urban and vacation aeras. Each is designed for a unique experience, and all are equipped with modern amenities. We currently have properties in Milwaukee, WI, and in the Asheville, NC area, and they can accommodate between 5 and 15 people (depending on the property). Most of our properties are professionally designed to accommodate a diverse group of guests.
Yes! Many of our properties are pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry companions along for your vacation. We typically allow up to two small-medium size dogs, subject to a pet fee and our pet rules.

In addition, some of our properties feature special amenities such as sauna, hot tub,

If you have special requests or requirements, please let us know during the booking process (you can message us on Vrbo or Airbnb if you’re using those booking platforms) or contact us via our Contact Us page. Although we cannot promise that we’ll be able to accommodate your request, we will evaluate every request carefully and thoughtfully.
For your convenience, we offer contactless self-check-in and check-out at all of our properties. You will receive a code to type into a keypad lock 24hrs prior to your check-in date. You will receive check-out instructions 12hrs before your scheduled check-out.
If you have a medical or safety-related emergency during your stay, please call 911 immediately. Prior to your check-in, we provide emergency contact information for our team, as well as for the area, including the local Sheriff’s Office, the nearest hospital, vet, and pharmacies.
If you require non-emergency assistance during your stay, please contact one of our team members via the number provided in the check-in instructions (in the House Guide) prior to your arrival. We’re happy to help!
Yes. We charge a cleaning fee and a pet fee per stay. Some properties may also have additional fees for add-on services that you may request, for example, fridge stocking services. These fees will be highlighted int eh property listing and during the booking process.
No. We do not allow events or parties at our properties. That said, depending on the size and nature of your proposed event, we might be able to accommodate it, so please contact us in advance of booking to discuss.
